CREATIONS BY MARIE ANTOINETTE & EDIE MARIE

Welcome to our Team Blog! Marie Antoinette & Edie Marie have joined together to create a fun place to share our ideas and lives with all of you. We know that our teaming up has been confusing for some of you and we apologize. We will refer to ourselves as Marie Antoinette (the Doll Creator & maker of fabulous items) who lives in Peacock Paradise and Edie Marie (the creator of the posts and story telling on this blog & amateur crafter of many things in my "attic") who lives on Golden Pond. What great fun we have combining our forces!!

Thank you for stopping by to see what's happening in our studios in Peacock Paradise and on Golden Pond!

My Newest Very Big Santa

Hello fellow Christmas lovers, and all round crafting buddies. Let me show you my Santa. I call this vignette, Santa's Christmas Village. This is only the second big Santa I've ever made. He is 16 inches in lenth, 11 inches in width, and 18 inches tall. Santa being the tallest point, and he is sitting down.
My santa is sitting at his bench and putting his Christmas village up. I made everything except his head, hands, boots, and of course the village pieces and props under the table. As I said before, I'm all about the scenes.
Speaking of Christmas villages, I can't wait to put up my very own village. I will make sure I post it.
On that note,A few people have requested that I write something about my bartending days. My next post, if all goes right, will be about that interesting time of my life. Please take care and good crafting. Marie Antionette

  27. Hi Marie Antoinette! (Your name really caught my attention today!! :),

Thanks so much for your sweet comment on my blog. It is a pleasure to meet you! I've just been looking at your gorgeous Santa and you are soooooo talented to be able to create something like that! That takes some detailed work and I think he turned out just so cute!!

Take care over there in Mississippi ~ my thoughts are with you that this old Gustav runs himself down before causing any major trouble.

    Hugs, Bebe :)
