CREATIONS BY MARIE ANTOINETTE & EDIE MARIE

Welcome to our Team Blog! Marie Antoinette & Edie Marie have joined together to create a fun place to share our ideas and lives with all of you. We know that our teaming up has been confusing for some of you and we apologize. We will refer to ourselves as Marie Antoinette (the Doll Creator & maker of fabulous items) who lives in Peacock Paradise and Edie Marie (the creator of the posts and story telling on this blog & amateur crafter of many things in my "attic") who lives on Golden Pond. What great fun we have combining our forces!!

Thank you for stopping by to see what's happening in our studios in Peacock Paradise and on Golden Pond!

  1. Hey Toni, I was just wondering the other day how you were doing. Too bad that you have been under the weather again. I do hope you will be on the mend with Mardi Gras coming in sight. Whatever you do, have a great time. Take care, thinking of you!

  10. I was just wondering how you were and going to send a little comment to say hi....

hope you are feeling a bit more like your old self soon... but, don't push too hard just to get back on the blogging track....we'll all still be here when you decide to post something. Or not.... seems lots of gals have taken a hiatus after Christmas ...or just kind of "given up" on blogging...it does take a lot of time in a day that could be given over to other worthwhile causes and fun stuff....

I'm trying to figure out paperclay.... what messy and awkward stuff to work with...but, I have managed to finish one doll from a little tutorial...and am trying to paint a face on the second.

sending hugs... and best wishes for some better days for you....

  11. Hi Toni
Sorry you haven't been feeling great - and hope you are better soon - I know it's all relative, but I do understand how it goes! I want you to know your Santa had a place of honor this year, he was the only one out! I left all my other Santa's in their box so I could really enjoy the wonderful one you gave me. I haven't been able to play around with making one yet with the parts you sent me, I've been so busy since getting back home, & had such a big mess for over a week from a clogged up bathtub!!
Take care of yourself sweet lady and feel better! NOW! lo
    Love & Hugs

  12. Hi Gorgeous! You shall rally again! I lurve that line, reminds of the line from Jane Austen's Persuasion novel with Captain Bennick who will rally again to love another. Sigh... I lurve your banner, so pretty, just like you!

I will be praying for a FULL and COMPLETE healing of your body and know that you are lurved by me!

  14. Sweet Marie!

You know you are in my prayers all the time!! And I know you WILL rally, just rest and gain your strength back one day at a time.

And of course I'll be calling you and bugging you and laughing with you and dreaming of the next time we can be together and dance, dance, dance!!!

Love and hugs are wrapping around you! Sherry - the Aged One

Happy Valentine's Day to you and your sweeties!!
