Marie had the honor of displaying her
incredible Christmas village at the
town depot for a special Christmas
event taking place in her hometown
of Picayune this month. She was able
to spread out her thousands of village
pieces for a dreamlike place of ages past.
Marie's village was featured in 2
articles in the Picayune Item newspaper's
Lifestyles section.

Marie's hubby took a wonderful video
of Whitmanville for you to enjoy. Her
son-in-law edited it and Marie's sweet
daughter Alex posted the Utube of it
for you to enjoy and share with your
loved ones.

Wowzer! What a gift to her community to set that all up. I want to live in that village. There's a whole lot going on! Just a beautiful setup...truly scrumptious.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, words cannot express how absolutely wonderful that village is...makes you want to become a miniature so that you could live in it:-) I can't even imagine all the work involved in putting this village together but so worth it when you can see it all done up. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the video and I was oohing and aahing over every little detail. Love the animated ones as well, everything is just so perfect!! Dear Marie, I hope you know how many smiles this village is bringing to many people:-)

Love your village Marie, so great that you and Sherry have teamed up. I am still working on getting mine together, been so long since I had it all out. I am sad to find that many pieces are missing, we had so many problems with all our moves.
ReplyDeleteHoliday greeting to both your houses and best wishes for the new year. Barbara
